Our client had just purchased a gem of a property in the heart of London, Angel, and wanted to transform Its dated interior to a fun, colourful space, in keeping with the characteristics of the property.

We carefully curated a scheme that would allow the space to flow over two floors without them feeling separate. We switched out the tired laminate oak flooring to a beautiful engineered walnut to enhance the property’s natural features;- brick walls and ceiling beams. We wanted these to be kept as a feature but not as the focus of the space and so painted these to match the wall and ceiling. 

The property was not going to be the clients forever home so it was important to consider and highlight priority items as well as pieces that the client would be able to take with him when he eventually moved. We used a colour palette sympathetic to its surrounding and the property. The images showcase how we’ve used tones of green’s and blue’s mixed with brass tones and pops of blush, to help soften the space.
