Exclusive apartment conversion within historic landmark property.

Studio Modha was approached to help with the interior design of a conversion of Market Harborough's most beautiful 19th century building. The building contains a wealth of period features including intricate cornice and beautiful high ceilings which were sensitively preserved and restored, including the facade;- the grand portico entrance with pilasters, which is particularly impressive - featuring carved figures and stained glass detail.

The building was split into five, two bedroom apartments and two, one bedroom apartments, all incredibly spacious - two with private garden areas, and all with the benefit of an allocated parking space to the front, and bicycle store to the rear. We enhanced the already stunning building by injecting some warm and modern tones for its residents.
